QUALITY HEALTH FOUNDATION OF NIGERIA (QUALIHFON) is a registered, non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 2007 with the mission to improve the health status of women and their families through improved access to quality and safe reproductive health care information and services, with family planning information and services as the entry point.

The organization advances the innovative application of ICT and knowledge management in promoting quality health care services, with emphasis on disadvantaged and vulnerable segments of the population such as people living in rural and urban slums.

QUALIHFON provides a framework for partnership and linkage between health care consumers and providers in the public and private sectors, helping to ensure that quality and safe care services are available at an affordable cost.

The organization recognizes that consumers have a critical role in ensuring access to quality health care. It therefore seeks to equip people with the knowledge needed to demand quality care, navigate providers and services, and make informed choices.
